Between the Reports

This book is a first hand account by a member of a pioneer street gang unit in Pinellas County Florida in the early 1990s in the midst of the largest gang influx in the entire country. It is an eye opening look at gang culture, violence, social problems, and how they dealt with the issues and tried to minimize the impact of the gangs on the community. There are realities to living that life, and this book shows how far some gang members would go to get what is most important to them…respect.
