She started a campaign to find out everything about this horrible disease ended filing a lawsuit against a multimillion dollar company, the local court dismissed this but our lawyers did not give up pressed on and went to appellate court to win and change the law, that employers are responsible and have a duty to provide care. Second hand exposure was very real, so Amanda was able to get the law changed, but also lost her life..
