MOOSE is a collection of voices from former Lakeland College players, peers, family and members of the coaching fraternity about Duane Woltzen’s enduring impact on their lives and the little Wisconsin school where he spent 23 years as a coach and athletic director. Widely respected in and around the basketball world, “Moose” was the quintessential father figure, revered for his mentorship off the court, his devotion to Lakeland and his magnanimity to so many.
